Prices are in Australian Dollars.

Payment:
The online shopping cart uses Pay Pal as a transactional gateway. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account, you can checkout as a guest and also use a Credit Card. Contact us for alternative payment options should this not be available to you.

This is the privacy policy implemented by Lighting Clarity, "we", "our", or "us" refers to Lighting Clarity. The Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) is an Australian law which regulates the handling of personal information about individuals. Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable. We are concerned with protecting your privacy and confidentiality. We will not sell, transfer, assign or rent your personally identifiable information collected from this site to any third party without your permission unless required by law. This includes information collected through forms on other websites directly associated with our business activities. However, we are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of any of those websites. The information we collect includes your name, address, mobile number, email and web address. Details of the information we collect as part of transactions undertaken at our website are listed below. At times we may ask questions relating specifically to one of our business activities eg. age range, occupation, interests, activities. This information is solely for the purposes of research and developing our services. Should you ever wish to not provide this additional information, that is your right.
